We’re thrilled to welcome Subhradip Roychowdhury to our Quality Control team!
Subhradip brings profound expertise in solid-state characterization – we say. Ask him, and he’ll pause thoughtfully before replying: “An expert? Oh no, I am simply a perpetual learner.”
At Particle Analytical, we appreciate this humble mindset. Staying curious, keeping your mind open, and respecting the work you do – it’s a recipe for greatness. Subhradip embodies this philosophy, and we couldn’t be happier to have him on in the PA team.
Starting a new job is usually a whirlwind of coffee, introductions, and figuring out how the printer works. But with Subhradip, we discovered something refreshing: perspective.
All a matter of perspective
Here’s how his first days unfolded:
“Oh, the traffic in Copenhagen!” someone remarked.
He smiled. “Traffic? This is so calm compared to India!”
Later, over a coffee, someone mentioned air pollution.
Subhradip looked out the window. “The air here is so clean, so fresh!”
And then came the classic: “At least it’s not raining today!”
He laughed. “But the sky here is so blue!”
No complaints. No grumbling. Just a fresh perspective. Coming from a megacity in India, Subhradip sees the world through a different lens. It’s a reminder to all of us: gratitude and diversity go hand in hand.
At Particle Analytical, we see diversity as a strength – an opportunity to challenge perspectives and grow together. Having Subhradip join us is another step toward that goal, and we couldn’t be prouder.
