Particle Analytical Guidelines
The aim of Particle Analytical is to offer you accurate and timely data at a reasonable price – for smooth processing, please read the following:
Sample Submission
All materials must be accompanied by a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and the the Sample Submission From. Unless otherwise specified by the client, Particle Analytical will dispose of samples appropriately.
General Terms
For new customers: Please inform us of your VAT number and share any purchase order (PO) or invoicing details.
Payment Terms
Our standard payment terms require settlement within 8 days.
Turnaround Time
The maximum standard turnaround time is 10 working days. Expedited services are available for quicker results: 5 working day delivery. Next business day delivery (additional fee applies). Contact us in advance to confirm availability.
GMP Compliance
Upon customer request, we are pleased to provide GMP-compliant data. For GMP samples, a Quality Agreement is required for release.
