Non-ambient XRPD

Interpretation of the DSC, TGA and Hot Stage Microscopy results can be ambiguous; information about the solid-solid/solid-liquid or chemical reaction transformation can be obtained using combination techniques. Particle Analytical is equipped with a variable temperature X-ray diffractometer (VT-XRD). The method allows analysis of x-ray diffraction patterns from the sample subjected to a heating chamber. 

Get explicit confirmation of the phenomena seen upon heating of your sample since the unique fingerprint spectra are collected at each temperature.
