PhD in Material Science
Changyong is leading the Quality Control team. As QC Manager, he seamlessly bridges QC, QA and the Lab, ensuring top-notch coordination and efficiency.
Subhradip Roychowdhury
QC Scientist
Master in Pharmacy
Subhradip is working with GMP maintenance and compliance in the Quality Control Department. He is expert in Solid-State Characterization.

QC Chemist
Master in Chemistry
Silvana is doing GMP maintenance and compliance. Besides approving results she is dedicated to all kind of analytical work. Silvana catches every detail.

Master in Chemistry
Alier is working with GMP maintenance and compliance in the Quality Control Department. He acts as an internal supervisor on different projects.

Bachelor in Chemistry
As team lead of the laboratory, Siham secures a smooth and efficient work in the laboratory. Siham is highly skilled in method development and validation.
Katarzyna Otwinowska
Laboratory Technician
Master of Engineering
Katarzyna is responsible for the training of new laboratory technicians. She also bears the function as Safety Manager for the Particle Analytical team.
Ali Shiekh Mohamad
Laboratory Technician
Bachelor of engineering
Ali works on LaserDifraction Mastersize 3000, Microscopy based techniques, BET, TGA, DSC, DVS, X-ray diffraction,DLS , ZETA and more.
Ivona Popadic
Laboratory Technician
Techniqual specialist
Ivona carries out routine analyzes and instrument control. She is expert for method validation and method development according to GMP.
Maria Abdul-Ghani
Laboratory Technician
Bachelor of Engineering
Maria is trained on all equipment. She is very skilled in Raman and carries out R&D projects. Furthermore, she is trainee in Quality Assurance.
Valeriia Asieieva
QA Assistant
Master in Chemistry
Valeriia is primarily responsable to ensure the quality of GMP documentation. Furthermore she is also skilled in Sample Handling and Registration.
Emma Larsen
GMP Assistant
Law secretary
Emma is in charge of the Sample Registration at Particle Analytical. She works close with QC and is responsible for GMP administration.
Susanne Nielsen
Sales & Marketing Associate
Cand. phil
Susanne coordinates and administrates Sales projects, with focus on Germany. Furthermore she is carrying out Online Marketing projects.
