  • Helium pycnometry: Determination of density, g/cm3
  • Hot Stage Microscopy: (NON-GMP) Changes upon heating
  • Intrinsic dissolution rate: (NON-GMP) (mg/cm2/min)
  • Laser diffraction: Particle size distribution (2.9.31)
  • Mercury porosimetry: Pore size distribution by volume, pore size 3 nm to 360 µm
  • Optical Microscopy with digital image analysis: Morphology, PSD
  • PMS particle measuring system: Particle size and number, 2-125 µm
  • SEM with EDX (Mapping of elements): Particle morphology, ID of elements
